Delivery Policy

- Delivery time is up to 12 business days* unless otherwise stated on the product page, business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and Israeli holidays.

* Days - refers to business days from the moment the transaction is approved by the credit company

- There is an option for express delivery, to check this option depending on your city, please call 03-604-40-11

- The delivery service is very fast, in most cases, the deliveries are delivered within 4 business days.

- The shipping company calls a day before the delivery to schedule the time.

- No pick-up option, you can order only with delivery.

- Deliveries to remote areas will be an additional 129 shekels (for the list of remote areas), the delivery time does not change! Delivery to a remote area is up to 12 business days and does not take longer time.

- There is an additional fee for apartments over the 3rd floor without an elevator of up to NIS 50 per floor that will be paid directly to the carrier.

- There is an additional fee for floors inside a private house, the carrier may charge up to NIS 50 for each floor from an entrance floor that will be paid directly to the carrier.

- In case it is necessary to take off the refrigerator doors, the carrier may charge up to NIS 60 per door.
