    אופן אחד הוא מדיח כלים אינטגרלי מלא, כלומר מדיח כלים עם תוספת אינטגרלית על כולו.
    מדיח כלים אינטגרלי מלא משתלב בצורה אסתטית במטבח ונראה כחלק מארונות המטבח, ואפילו הפאנל שלו הכולל את המסך והלחצנים, מוסתרים שלא כמו במדיח כלים חצי אינטגרלי. בכך מדיח כלים אינטגרלי מלא נראה כחלק מארונות המטבח ולא ניתן להבחין בשוני.
    אופנים נוספים הם מדיח כלים חצי אינטגרלי, מדיח כלים קומפקטי- שזהו מדיח כלים להנחה על השיש וכמובן מדיח כלים רגיל ללא תוספת אינטגרלית.
