How long will it take for my product to arrive?

In most cases, delivery takes 1–7 business days from order confirmation (between Haifa and Gadera, including Jerusalem and Beer Sheva). For locations outside this area, up to 2 additional business days. For remote areas (Golan, Jordan Valley, Gaza Envelope, Eilat, etc.) - up to 14 business days.

How will I know when my delivery is arriving?

A representative from the shipping company will contact you the day before delivery to coordinate a date and time window. You will also receive an update approximately 30 minutes before the courier arrives. After order confirmation, you will receive an SMS with a real-time tracking link.

Are there any additional costs beyond the shipping price?

Standard shipping includes handling and packaging fees. Additional costs may apply in cases such as: delivery to the third floor or above without a suitable elevator (up to 80 ILS per floor), remote area (129 ILS), door disassembly (up to 80 ILS per door). There is no need to pay the courier directly for standard delivery.

Can I install the product myself?

For products that require installation (washing machines, dishwashers, etc.) - you must coordinate with the importer's service before attempting self-installation. Zabilo does not take responsibility for damage caused by self-installation, even if you followed the importer's instructions. Installation coordination is done directly with the importer.
