1. Can I pay with a foreign credit card?
Yes, payment with a foreign credit card is possible through the website. To allow the clearing system to process the charge, you must fill the ID field on the payment page with the digits: 000000000 (enter the digit 0 nine times). It is important to note that when paying with a foreign credit card, payment installments are not available. According to the company's regulations, a purchase made with a foreign credit card that is not verified will not be delivered to the customer, and in such cases, the company is entitled to act accordingly to ensure a clean and secure purchase.
2. I made a purchase through the website, how will I know if the transaction went through successfully?
First, when a purchase is made through the company's website, our customers receive an email β transaction confirmation. Subsequently, a receipt will be sent to the customer within one business day after the purchase. Additionally, upon receiving / collecting the purchased products, an invoice confirming the transaction will be provided.
3. How is the credit card clearing performed?
When ordering on the website, the credit card details are transferred through a secure channel to the credit clearing system of Tranzila, in order to perform the payment and receive approval from the credit card company for the transaction. It should be noted that Tranzila meets the highest standards among clearing companies in Israel and worldwide, both in terms of security and privacy. The clearing system transfers the transaction details to the credit card companies for approval; once approval is received from the customer's credit card company, the clearing process is carried out, and finally, the customer's account is charged. 4. If I want to cancel the transaction I made through Zabilo, what should I do?
Cancellation of a transaction is possible subject to the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations. In this case, you must first contact our customer service center by phone or email to update us that you wish to cancel the transaction. We will then contact you to cancel the transaction in the fastest and most convenient way possible.
5. Do you work with American Express, Diners, and Direct cards?
Yes, Zabilo chooses to allow all of its customers to pay using American Express, Diners, and Direct cards through the website, depending on the card's features. In most cases, purchases in installments will not be possible with Direct cards.
6. When will I be charged for the transaction?
If there is bank approval, the account will be charged immediately. For all matters related to bank account debits or different credit limits, please contact the credit card company or a bank representative. Our company does not have access to, or any information regarding, the confidential details of the customers.
7. Is it possible to pay in installments? If so, what is the maximum number of installments? Do they include a fee?
