Induction cooktops use electromagnetism to generate heat right under the bottoms of the pots and pans. in type cooking surfaces
Induction, the heat is produced immediately by coils and disappears as quickly as the stove is turned off. If something slides, it cannot burn and stick
to the ceramic glass surface because apart from the ceramic glass under the pot the rest of the area hardly heats up at all.
The heat distribution is economical and efficient and the cooking is fast and safe compared to stoves where the fire is visible.
