Produit de bonne qualité. Fonctionne de manière très efficace. Seul bémol, il n'est pas particulièrement économe en électricité.
Livré dans la fenêtre agréée mais les livreurs ont bâclé le déballage en abîmant une pièce en aluminium à l'arrière, sans conséquence dramatique puisque j'ai réussi à reformer cette pièce et à la remettre en place. Mais ils manquent sérieusement de délicatesse. Le reste était quand même dans un état impeccable.
