The oven is equipped with 5 high-quality gas burners made by SABAF, including a powerful turbo burner for fast cooking, with electronic ignition on all burners. An advanced safety sensor system ensures that the gas flow stops in the event of the flame going out, providing complete security in daily use. The baking chamber includes 9 different baking programs, including an active turbo program that combines the heating elements with an internal fan for uniform baking of several trays at the same time.
