I really like it -- it's much bigger than the usual toaster ovens and can easily replace a normal oven, though it takes up a lot of counter space. My only beef is that the pre-heat certainly doesn't work as it should: you need to have an oven thermometer to check the temperatures. But with two layers of baking/cooking, it's much more useful than the usual toaster ovens. And the air-fry function is marvellous!
